Unit Notes:

Unit 1 has tubs in bathrooms and the kitchen and bathrooms have not been fully upgraded - See "UNIT 1 GALLERY" tab under "THE UNITS" tab drop down options. Please note that Units 2, 3, and 4 do not come with tubs and for those families occupying these units, a Stokke Flexi-Bath (see Amazon) in size extra-large with be provided along with an infant insert when needed.

 

Unit 1 has two queens and a nursery (crib)/children's room (twin bed available).

Unit 2 has two queens, two twins, and a crib.

Unit 3 has two queens, one twin, and a crib.

Unit 4 has two queens and two twin beds in bunk-bed style.

 

In all units, full-length toddler railings, cribs, changing tables, baby gates, and rockers are also available upon request.

 

The TV sitting room pictured in the galleries and on the booking page (applies to all units) is now a third bedroom space.

FlyTDY reserves the right to change units up until the day of arrival for all tenants across all units to ensure the least amount of disruption for each incoming tenant and family. This is due to our policy of honoring all in-house tenants until their graduation and departure date, which sometimes interferes with incoming tenants and their families. This method allows us to ensure the least amount of interim lodging time needed for all tenants and their families.

 

In the event your unit gets changed from the unit originally stated in your confirmation email, any summary emails received by WIX, and/or throughout the time leading up to your stay, it is considered an accommodation adjustment and not an accommodation rejection. This means that if any tenant should choose to cancel based on this change, the cancellation is the tenant's request and therefore any deposits and fees will be forfeited per the policy document required to be signed prior to arrival.
